Elite Auto She's tiny so I'm probably going to pull the plug on her soon but we will see. Only reason why I haven't is because the leaves are so sticky and there is a lot of glands forming now Red Poison Auto
All the PeakSeedBC seedlings. I accidentally broke the Northern Berry root in half, if was about 13" long at one point. I'm going to start up a couple more PeakSeed genes not sure which ones I want
Yes I really want a sweet skunk girl so I think I will start one more of those, and maybe another northern berry or a kush berry or something. I'm putting in another order with Peak soon, but I think if I get some males I'll let them pollinate the ladies for some seeds since I would like to start producing my own soon anyways
Newest beans are looking great, so I'll start up a couple others in a few days, I need to decide which ones I will do for the solo comp this round
So I thought this was interesting, who would have thought our favorite plant has yet another use? http://www.naturalnews.com/046811_cannabis_battery_storage_graphene.html
That's amazing man. "Hemp supercapacitors work up to three times better than standard commercial varieties"
Tbh though, now days that stuff doesn't surprise me as much anymore. Hemp has been punching above its weight since day one, if the plant had never produced THC then it would be as common as steel, concrete, cotton, polyester, plastic, aluminium etc. Maybe even more so. I want to build my end home out of Hempcrete or maybe some kind of hemp/mudbrick. (preferably with my own hemp ).
The only limitation of hempcrete is it usually can not be used for cribbings or foundations yet in the traditional sense as it still doesn't have the compression strength as traditional or Greek concrete. I built a few houses out of hempcrete and it was a fun experience but still a little limited in terms of what we can build from it, in a few years it will only continue to grow as its still a very new concrete idea in our age, I'm sure our ancestors had it figured out though. Mind you, if it was legal to grow, studies could actually be done without fear of prosecution lol and this could be done much sooner It doesn't surprise me one bit that this plant can be used for everything, it is the wonder plant that will change the world when the world is ready lol. Imagine homes and commercial buildings that are carbon negative and can absorb the toxins in the air for like 20+ years... It remains illegal because those with power/money see that everyone can benefit financially from a plant grown in their backyard with very little attention given. Pharmaceutical companies mainly lobby but same with the forest industry, textiles, oil ect. All money powerhouses that can be replaced with one plant
Are you a builder mate? I thought you were roughly around the same age as me for some reason haha. Yeah that's been my goal all along, I'd like to be doing nothing but developing property as an income by 40. Then I can basically do that on and off forever. That is the golden point too, if it had of stayed legal the whole time how far would we of come by now? They reckon the crime rates do seem to show a downwards trend in legal states now too I think but that's just stuff we already knew would happen. Weed is so easy to self supply there is no need to resort to crime to get it. And people that have easy legal access to it are probably less likely to bother looking for harder and way more expensive drugs. I don't know if that last one is proven yet but from what I've seen and friends of mine that choose the wrong way to get high, weed has definitely helped them get them away from it.
Yea I'm technically a journeyman but I've never gone to school for the trades. I've been doing structural steel, interior steel, wood, drywall, suspended ceilings, taping, finishing ect for about 12 years now, but I'm still in my early twenties. Luckily my father owned his own company for a lot of years so I worked with him until he "retired" and then worked for some companies that he worked for waaaay back in the day. I worked full time since high school and I missed a lot of school because of it but still got really good grades haha. I now work for a company that builds custom homes in about 14 days start to finish, we are very economical in what we do so we actually ship our homes as far as 2000km to the deep north of canada . but I'm back in school to become a civil engineer so I can expand my knowledge further. I want to build a reservoir next to a river so I can generate power for about 150 homes, with my degree I should be able to obtain water rights a little easier for the purpose of being off grid
I also build computers part time and have a fair bit of knowledge with programing which will help with a lot of the automation I want on my property. I'm very simple minded but like to implement high tech things. Some of the stuff I have designed for clients in our custom homes have blown them away and we get future business when they spread the word
Yeah I thought so, you just don't fuck around haha. I'm late 20's, should of gone down the trade path but didn't, book learning instead but it wasn't for me, earning a crust was more important. Got my agents licence and that but it was just retail at the end of the day, developing has always been the passion. Haven't sold anything for a while though. Oh and a custom house in two weeks!? That is ridiculously fast.
Been super swamped from life, meant to up load these a couple days ago Northern Lights Northern Berry Blueberry Sweet Skunk
Peakseed Males 1 and 2 Will take pics of the two females tomorrow Roots are a bit brown because they have been unplugged from air storms since confirmation of being males about 4 days ago, just wanted to see how long I could keep them going without air and without major rot in case I am out of town and air pump breaks down or something. Looks like I'll be fine
