why does this guy getting away with that mean native americans are untouchable?

  4.
Not sure that I understand anything you said there...

If your question is, "Why is he getting away with making a tittle that says Native Americans Untouchable?" , simply read the article. The US government will not stop Native American tribes from growing marijuana on tribal lands, nor will it enforce federal pot laws on the groups, according to a recently released Department of Justice memo.

  5. should it? havent they done enough to them already?

  6. They're not untouchable, but it's obvious they are owed favors, who knows for how long.

  7. Good. They gonna grow that dankity dank and sell it cheap. Plus fuck this guy he's a scumbag.

  8. So are they only allowed to build dispensaries on native land? Or will it be like casinos, open to the appropriate public?

It would be interesting if native Americans under sold the competition and drove the price down.

  9. well I'm sure the native Americans have access to original hemp from before white man came to the land and well, u know. grow that crop out and turn white man green! He He

  10. Look out Mexican mafia. The Inidians are going to take over.

  11. To my knowledge, it will be similar to the way they sell untaxed cigarettes to non native Americans so I believe anyone of age can purchase it, it is just going to get in a really bad Grey area once people drive off the reservation with some bud, and there are 10 state troopers lined up outside just waiting to pull people over...

I am hoping this helps spur legalization as states are going to have huge issues when it is legal in certain sections of their state, but illegal in the rest

  12.
they've touched us enough already and might i add everyone else these days. one of my tribal elders once told me, one day everyone in america will be an indian, i asked how so? he say's because soon the gov will treat all the people like they have treated us.....

This post is not meant to target negativity towards the Native American Tribes. I am 100% for the Native Americans not being prosecuted in federal court and being allowed to cultivate marijuana. This will most likely help the legalization process. The "suspicious" activity that I am ultimately targeting this thread towards, is Sheldon.

I believe Sheldon knew the Native Americans had a loophole, therefore he could fund the anti-marijuana campaign, and somehow attempt to team up with the Native Americans. $5.5 Million to Sheldon is like $5.00 to the average joe. An easy way to cover up his actual plan to get his hands on some more money, the cannabis industry (Possibly worth $35 Billion)

  14. Well there are only three tribes even considering this and the last thing they'll do is team up with Sheldon.

  15. A native american on public land is just a person. A native american on their tribes reservation is untouchable. American laws dont apply to tribal laws. Im native and I live NEAR a reservation where they have drugs, money, nice houses, expensive dogs, etc.. And all the white people are tryna mooch

State Police and the FBI have jurisdiction on tribal lands.  Several tribes have tried to grow hemp in the past the feds came in and destroyed it all.  The First Nations aren't as sovereign as you think.

  18. Native Americans should be able to make their own laws. White guys in turquoise jewelry not so much.
