I messed up my Pax... is there still hope to fix it? The mouthpiece was completely stuck and I tried hard to push it thru, and the bottom chamber kind of got pushed out so I pushed it back in. Now even tho the battery is full, when I turn it on the light flashes red 3 times and turns off. If I put it on the charger it charges for about a minute and then shows green. I opened it up and saw that one of the circuit ribbons that go to the chamber is loose. Could this be the problem? If so, how do I attach it back on? Thanks!

It has been very good to me the short month I've had it. Gets me stoned as fuck and the best part is the ABV it leaves gets me even more stoned lol I have to find a way to fix this
Wish I could help ya. Ya may want to pay a visit over to FC. Lots of guys there into taking their vapes apart and modding them so you my find your answer there.
Looks like there is hope after all! I tried turning it on while holding the ribbon to the metal points and it started working! Now I just have to find a way to stick it on permanently so I dont have to hold it while toking lol
he's hard on everyone asking questions about vaporizers but he does know best to be honest. He's good guy though. Just goes about it in a rough way. Pax I hear are very nice man. I am however not very familiar with pax. I wouldn't mess with it too much. Maybe someone on here could give you the exact knowledge to get it working. Me I would be like "super glue it?" Ha ha
true just have a little knowledge first haha. I agree combustion (supposed vaporizers) questions do get tiresome.
Alright so I can only get it to work for 6-8 seconds at a time before it turns off again. I need to find a way to get that flex cable soldered in. Does anyone know if I can get a new flex cable or get this done somehow? My pax needs CPR right now, at least it is showing signs of a beat even if it's only for 6-8 seconds lol

You can use a pencil tip soldering iron, under 45 w, with rosin core solder. But there is probably enough solder there to just liquefy the solder back to the post. Even as a noob, take your time probably under 10 mins.
Man, I had a Pax and I loved that thing. Had an unfortunate run in with the other side and needless to say its gone now. I might buy another one. What are you going to do?
Why is it that you are trying to fix it instead of letting pax do the work? Did you get it from an authorized dealer?
I bought it from my local flea market and was told by Ploom it is not authentic (although it's as close to real as fake can ever get, I posted threads here and on fc and everyone thought it was legit). Anyways I took it back to the flea market on sunday just in case there was some sort of warranty, and they said they will take it to head office and decide if anything can be done. I just got off the phone with the guy and he said they are going to give me a refund because they don't have any Pax left in stock, or I can grab one of their other vaporizers and refund the difference
