Hey everyone, I'm delighted to say that the wheels are in motion for my second grow. I've decided to do my informal grow diary in the Absolute Beginners section, because I feel I'm still an absolute beginner, so I'll do this one and the next one here then see where I'm at...any objections I'll be happy to comply. I have ordered the seeds from Jack at The Vault, they should be here tomorrow but it would seem that I'll be at work so I'll have to collect them on Monday at the sorting office...shit. Nevermind I'll be brave and go and sign for that shit...but I am excited. I ordered Dutch Passion's Blue Auto Mazar. I'll get a pic on as soon as they come. To be continued... Okay so I'm back to update guys, as I suspected, I missed the post due to work, so I had to go to sorting office. Been and done and here's what I got. Anyone tried them? What's going on my brothers and sisters of cultivation, how are we all today? So last night I put a BlueAutoMazar seed in a glass of water last night, and I'm going to pot it soon, have these little pots that go in a propagator, not sure whether or not to put the seed into a root riot cube, or just use the canna professional soil mix. Any ideas? I'm going to dip the seed in clonex before I pot it though, says you can on the tub, and why wouldn't I want to give it a strong starting root system? Haha okay so I read the clonex bottle and it actually doesn't mention anything about seeds, must just be the root riot cubes. So never used any, just put the seed into soil. Guess now we just wait... Quick post before I hit the hay, had a little look at the little pot of soil, and I see life starting to push it's way through the soil like a little machine, looks like the tent will be going up tomorrow! here's a pic... Alright guys, it's update time. As promised, the tent is up and the seedling is in, it is just at the surface, you can see the seed she's open like pacman, and slight tints of green on the root/stalk formation, so it's found it's co2 I guess, I've kept it in it's propagator still, non heated, got the light on, vent in and active. using dome under your light should be fine, just keep a temp probe under the dome and air it everyday I just chuck seed into pre watered pot under light and leave it for 2 days then a sprout, then gets 1st water about 7-10 days later
Cool yeah well I had a peek in before work this morning and it's already grown a decent little bit more. Already looking forward to get back a look again, I'll get a pic as soon as I do. It feels great to be growing again, felt very meaningless during the weeks since the harvest, nothing to do but smoke, well at least now I'm back into the swing of things. Have a great day everyone.
