Poor Circulation

  1. The struggle is real in the trap for me, my fambruhghinis;

    Everyday when I'm done doing my daily doings and I'm just kicking back maxin' and relaxin my feet and hands are often cold... Like Alaska  snowstorm cold.  I have socks. Plenty of them.. in all various sizes and thicknesses. Problem is that when I throw on a pair or two of socks my feet just get sweaty.. and then in turn.. even colder.. aka "clammy"  The same happens to my hands but to a much lesser extent.

    The temp of my house seems to be irrelevant as to whether or not my extremities are going to be cold.

    Anyone know why this is happening? I mean it doesn't take a genius to realize its from poor blood circulation.. but what am I supposed to do? I'm on my feet plenty throughout the day.. am I supposed to get up and go for a jog every time my feet and hands are cold?

  2. I have the same problem

    I'm.trying to get back into working out

    Basically its like this. If you work out arms, you increase the need for nutrients to your arms. your body.compensates by improving circulation to your arms

    So you want to do full body workouts not just like jogs
