I'm interested in getting Hortilux's 400W Super HPS as well as their MH Blue. However, they don't make a 400W ballast. Their MH Blue states "Must be used in an enclosed fixture only" What does an "enclosed fixture" mean? Thank you
Just what it sounds like. It's in a hood that has a lens on the bottom as opposed to one that's open to the air.
