I'm getting an 03 convertible beetle. This is the girliest car on earth. I gotta make look cool some sort of way. Don't know all the specs cuz it's a gift & in a diff state. I have to go get it. If you are serious, come up with a great many things like: budget, who's doing the work, where are you buying parts, what upgrades will have the most effect. Your statement is super vague. No mention of engine even. Um, save your money and don't spend it on a beetle. Keep it as pristine as you can and sell it for down payment or trade in. I recently sold my 6 year old civic si for 15 or 16k, it was 22 new. I kept it pristine. Save for another car.
That was the best part of my buddies golf vr6. The custom exhaust made the vr6 sound outstanding, I believe he got it made 3in manifold back, something ridiculous like that.

You should definitely made it a sleeper. Leave the exterior the way it is and throw in a turbo charger, exhaust, air intake, exhaust manifold, new headers, etc. Then you can laugh while you blow by mustangs lol

Sweet answers. The orange rims look awesome. So I got it & it's all black drop top turbo. I've seen this all white one in my city looking sick. So I'm thinking of just adding on because the black on black looks nice already. Head& tail lights, rims, & maybe a spoiler & she'll look the part because she's already pretty fast.
