  1. If I eat 6-8 pb sandwiches do you think it will effect my muscle growth exponentially?

  2. No.

    You need to exercise.

  3. LMFAO. MUSCLE GROWTH?!??!!

    how about diabetes and malnutrition.

  4. If that's all you eat you will shrink to nothing.

  5. Lol trolls are trying to be funny these days

  6. Yes, I know. I excercise 1-2 a day and currently eat decently but I'm thinking if I eat 6-8 pb sandwhiches a day + fruit, eggs, protien bars, vegetables, and protien shakes, will I see an exponential muscle gain over lets say a 1-2 months?

  7. Protein is vastly over rated in the fitness community.

It is an important cornerstone. But without fat and primarily carbs your body will utilize whatever fuel it can attain.

If you are a truly active person than carbs will be your gasoline.

Fats are fundamental for brain function, joint health, and metabolic function.

You need to trick your body into thinking that it needs muscle to survive. This involves structured exercise consisting of linear periodization.

Over a 12 week period you could except to put on 12 pounds if you 3500kcal a day. With standard training.

(assuming you are an average sized male with an average body fat percentage)

For exponential results you must have on point programming and be able to stick to a regiment for at least 36 weeks. You could except to see anywhere between 48 - 56 pounds. However you can also expect your body fat to move into the 16-18% range.

If you are not of average size with an average body fat percentage your capacity for these results is going to be diminished.

^ Good source of clinical information regarding the effects of both short and long term resistance training.

^ Good place to begin to look at programming structures. Wouldn't recommend for beginners but definitely a good place to gather perspective.

  9. if 6 sandwiches increase your muscle growth exponentially, imagine what 12 will do.

  12. No wonder americans are fat.

  13. Peanut Butter was invented by an African American male. This has been your random nugget of trivia for the day.

  14.
This can be discussed. The Aztecs did something similar, a bit before George Craver.

  15. Although Carver didn't invent peanut butter, he did play a significant role in popularizing it and his 1880 “invention” of peanut butter preceded most of the other modern “inventors” of peanut butter.  Carver was one of the greatest inventors in American history, discovering over 300 hundred uses for peanuts with100 or so of those not being related to one another in terms of the end product produced; he also discovered hundreds of uses for soybeans, pecans, and sweet potatoes.

  16.
The only thing that's going to really effect your muscle growth while ultimately reducing the amount of body fat you currently have is a larger intake of protein per day, while reducing the amounts of carbs you take in per day. Bread, as you hopefully know, is filled with carbs, and they aren't the complex carbs your body needs either - so in short eating 6-8 pb sandwiches isn't going to do anything but harm your progress.

Complex carbs will help a person exponentially if they're regularly active and follow a proper daily nutrition regimen, but protein should still be the #1 thing people look at eating on a daily basis to continue their muscle growth and ultimately reduce the amount of body fat they hold.
