One control box two rooms

I have a question that i think will be fine but need an input. I have one room running half throught bud and am starting a secound room but can't pull power from anywhere but the first room for the ballast. So I want to veg for a few weeks in the new room before I start budding. Can I have the 1000 watt on for 12/12 and have a couple of reg lightbulbs going 24 hours a day to keep my plants from budding?

 

Will four cfls on one side be enought to keep from going into bud?

Incase someone else ever runs into this it worked. The cfl lights and the room light on 24 hours a day worked to keep them in veg. Thx for the help
