I have anxiety/ocd...which weed is good for me

    Wat kind of marjiuana is good for me.
     
    I personally have recetntly smoked this weed called "OG" and "Ice Cream"...these 2 strains made everything worse !!!
     
    I than smoked "earth og" .. this is my personal favorite weed and its been really calming me down but this strain is hard to find .. ( i live in vancouver )
     
    So i was wondering is there any weed that helps with ocd/anxiety
     
    and also is there a weed that aids in insomnia (makes you crash and pass out)

    Basically, just look for something that is pretty well balanced cannabinoid speaking. I have PTSD and anxiety myself, and I find that the strains higher in CBD and under 20% THC work best for me.  My favorite anti anxiety strains have to be Kandy Kush (trainwreck x OG Kush #18), and surprisingly enough I find that many of the Autoflowering strains that I try work great for the treatment of anxiety. The effect from them is less psychoactive and more relaxing. If you can get your hands on them I'd look for Dinafem White Widow Auto, Dinafem Critical 2.0, and World of Seeds Northern Light x Big Bud Auto.

    Earth OG is a really nice indica dominant, where OG can lean either indica or sativa, it's so broadly recognized. Ice cream is a sativa, and exacerbate anxiety, yes. Sticking with indicas and CBD rich indicas would be what I recommend.

    Right now, I'm a big fan of Tora Bora.... very high CBD count..... on the down-side, I'm having a hard time finding it here at the dispensaries.   Or the seed banks.
