Is cutting roots bad?

    OK so I have a seedling I have been growing in hydroponics 25 days old first I am thinking it us close to time to move it (pics will follow) so if I move it to a small net pot but want to end up in 6 or 8inch net pot will cutin roots be bad or is there a better way please help

    I dont see why you need to change pots or why you dont just put it in the large pot to begin with

    I routinely TRIM young roots
     
    It promotes more lateral development

    Never heard of that. Going to have to run a fresh clone just to try it out.
