Is there any way I can meet more people who smoke? I know like 5 dealers but one of them is fake Chill

That's just how it is. There's a bulk of these threads already, they all get the same answers. Ask people if they smoke weed, ask for a light and mention herbs/trees, go to parties and repeat the previous steps, ask the headshop folks, etc etc.
Go to the park and fire up a splif at a picnic table, if its good weed the other smokers will start to gravitate towards your area once tey catch i wiff
Wear a t-shirt that says "lookin for stoners to chill and smoke with" and walk around your local college campus. Good luck!
