Monthly Random Mouth Swab Test?

    Female
    140 lbs
    Smoke 3 to 4 bowls per day.
    Above average metabolism

    I recently got the best job of my life. I didn't have to take a pre employment drug test, however 3 employees per month get randomly drug tested. It's a mouth swab. Not sure what kind and I will never know when I'm gonna get tested. It's scary.I figured I would do this: stop smoking at 9pm each night. Drink a bottle of water. Brush teeth extra good and use extra mouthwash. Do the same thing in the morning,try to eat breakfast.. i work at 6am. drink water or something while working which is easy to do. I am almost positive I will be tested during my shift. I wont smoke before work or during obviously... Should I do more? I passed one before for a previous job, but I used "strip" a cleanser from gnc. The same above routine and I knew when I was taking the test. And I had to do it once. This time it's different.. It could be me getting called next week or in 3 months.. i don't know. I don't want to quit my job or quit smoking either. What do i do??:(

    That sounds good.
    I'd brush my teeth and use mouthwash before bed and in the morning. Then make sure to stay hydrated and have breakfast. And wait till after work to smoke again. That's what I'd do if I were in your position.

    Yeah depending on which one it is that is a good routine, some only go back 15 hours. But if its 3 employees per month and where you work is w big place you may not have to worry at all,

    Mouth swab tests are stupid easy to pass, I had one for my job and smoke on the way to the interview and passed. Your good bro!

    I work for a hotel. So I would assume probably 20 to 30 employees. I know i could never get tested.. but i want to be safe. Thank you!! I will post when I have to take one.. and let you know the results. Any other comments would be greatly appreciated :)

    Sweetie, oral tests are the very easiest to fool! Just practice EXCELLENT oral hygiene- Always brush, floss and rinse with a high alcohol or tartar control mouthwash before work. When you brush, be sure to get the insides of your cheeks and your gums, as well as your teeth.

    Like storm crow said be sure to do cheeks, gum and tongue, those are the areas on my swab test that they used and I had smoked about 4 hrs before and passed..rough few minutes looking at the test on the desk...

    I passed a pre employment 6 panel oral swab after 36 hours and went to orientation with a mmj user who didn't stop specifically for the test in Az. We are both working happily. I actually failed for alcohol....prob due to the sugar free gum that I was chewing during the test. But I'm over 21 and they chalked it up to listerene or previous night's drinking.

    my friend and i smoked a couple dubs a week together over the summer and then a gram or 2 each a day for weeks before he had a mouth swab. we smoked up until the day before his mouth swab and he passed. it was for this job. anyways youll be fine
