  1. Hi grasscity members
i was inspired by many articles and also from here to grow weed and so i began my first grow , i made long study searching for all information and i think i finely got the basics.

i live in middle east , in a place that is in high humidity but not extreme that can prevent plants from growing .
anyway i planted 4 autos 1 did not germinate and 1 i broke its legs .
the other 2 grow and sprouted super fast but then they began to grow super slow , this is only my 2nd week and i think it should be bigger but i am not in a hurry so i can take the slow process no problem , my problem is when this thing happened to my oldest plant the age is 2 week the other is 1 and half week.

Oldest Plant northern auto i guess :

my light where very close at first like they literally was sitting on the dirt but no touching the plant and airflow is good with 28-30 C temperature ,
i then lift it up , and there are no bugs on leave nor under, that white thing over there is something from ground.

    my lights now :

its the one i bought .

i think it was a light burn but the leaves keeps getting yellow pale and its so crispy you can hear the leaves on your hands.
what should i do to get it back to nice health ?

  2. I think it's suffocating. What is it growing in? It needs more aeration in my opinion. Perlite, Buckwheat Hulls, Vermiculite if necessary.

its growing in soil as i mentioned above with very good 2 big fans in and out airflow , i made a super ultra mega flush yesterday and got a big giant drinking water with a fixed PH of 6.8-7.2 and just today used it to flush again , i took it outside to have a little sunshine as i heard it helps alot .

  4. its getting worse by the minuet , please does someone know exactly what it is , if its nute burn i was flushing all day before but still its really sick i need help guys.

  5. never mind she is dead , the other began to show same symptoms i transplanted her to a small glass cup.

  6. You're overwatering your seedlings.

    Essentially suffocating the roots.

Aerate that soil! looks like clay consistency with roots from wild grasses and ugly contaminants . next time you are inspired take a little time to read the guides here. Once you do that you will be baffled when you see someone kill their plants.

Good seeds, good soil, good water, good light. Good soil can keep you going into mid flowering.

oh dude i took more time than you did when you first grown your plants , but when you live in place that have limited supplies on everything you will only do little and watching some other guy like you saying " so don't grow in the first place .. " while others with good hearts will do more good , and by the way why the hell would someone Baffle on other one's plants ? are you that much addicted or it became and obsession you want to hide it with the act of what you say , when someone destroy my own plant That time i will get angry if he destroy his then all i say is good luck next time and will cheer him up !

Ps, btw thanks for the advise will do

  9. Idk if u did. But no fertilizer for seedlings. And just s little water to keep the top soil wet. Use plenty of perlite too.

Maybe u want to make yur own soil mix or even go hydro if u have the $$$

  10. Baffling indeed.

  11. I agree with both the people saying overwatering and suffocating at the roots. Try amending perlite to your soil enough to equal about 30% of the soil. That'll improve aeration. When watering, seedlings do not need much. Much of that pot could be allowed to dry out and you just apply a couple tablespoons of water at the base of the seedling.
