The struggle is real

  1. I'm home from college for thanksgiving and I'm really happy I get to see my family. The problem is they don't accept me for smoking :( I don't have my med card, but I smoke medicinal weed from a friend and the reason I smoke is to treat my IBS, headaches, insomnia, depression and anxiety. When I started smoking it was just for fun but it has definitely evolved into a treatment and comfort to me. My family has seen me go to many doctors and specialists and try every prescription in the book to treat my ailments and none have worked. It just hurts me that my family knows the pain I feel and knows there is something that helps me but they deny me from using it because they don't understand how much it really saves me. Any advice on talking to your family about smoking? I need to make a breakthrough and make them understand. Tonight I'll be waiting till they go to bed so I can feel comfortable. I've had a smashing headache for hours now. I've tried ibuprofen and used essential oils and nothing is helping. I know that after 2 hits I'll feel better. It just sucks because I get anxiety from having to hide it. I can't wait to hear them go to bed, sit in my room, turn on some Orange is the New Black, and relieve my pain and finally feel at peace. I've been so antsy all day. I'm really excited about my smoking buddy I just got! It's pink :) and it works great. I just hope it's enough to keep them
From knowing. I just don't want to feel guilty anymore about using an all natural cure for my debilitating and painful conditions that they don't understand. Sigh...

  2. You should get your med card for protection if anything. Vaping and tinctures are the best way to go for crohns or IBS

  3. Go to the medical applications and usage and look for the Crohn's disease and nasuea thread that's 10/11 pages long. There are also a ton of clinical studies from 2013/2014 about weed and IBDs. I had the same problem until my parents actually saw the difference between me smoking all day or not at all.. When I realized it helped myself I instantly went back to and told everybody I'm not stopping and that I'm old enough and sick enough to do what I want and if they have a problem they can take all their money back, here I am with 30% thc medical weed on a daily basis

  4. They have to really know whats going on and that weed is the only thing that helps u. They need to know that weed doesn't kill u and it won't lead to anything more. They need to know the facts and thats all that u can really do. If they dont accept it then tell them thats who you are and if they have a problem with it then oh well that's who u are and no one should change it.

    Smoke weed everyday
