Okay so I have been smoking for about 2 years and daily for about 8 months. The things is, I pretty much only smoked joints until recently. I got a new bong and right after I take a really big hit i suddenly start to breath really heavily, as if i just have been running or something. It goes away after like 30 seconds and then I feel dizzy for another minute or so. Has anyone else experienced this?
You must learn to walk before you fly. Now besides that fortune cookie lesson, monitor your hits you dont need to milk a bong. The hits you take off a joint are much smaller than a bong hit. You have to get used to it. The point of a bong is to get you blitzed. So just take a smaller hit and just pull your slide a little earlier. You'll be fine.

Maybe you have mild asthma When I take a big hit then cough, my lungs restrict for maybe 20 or so seconds then goes away. I have mild asthma
You might be taking too big of a hit when this happens. If you're just starting to smoke bong or fairly new to it, don't all of a sudden go for massive bowls. You've gotta get used to all the smoke coming in one shot, so like take smaller bowls for now and slowly make your way up when you're comfortable bro.
