Yesterday some of my really good friends were in a bad car accident. The driver was taking my buddy home, and was going too fast, fliped the car off the road into some trees. They were maybe a half mile from his house.J and K who were in the backseat died and k was ejected, the front seat passenger is k's brother. The driver and k's brother were airlifted and are in serious but stable condition now. They were in a 1988 honda civic. Im only a high school student to be honest, but im very mature for my age, and this was a tragic accident. Johnathan has been in two accidents in the past 6 months, one his fault the other 2 he was a passenger. Bless his heart, i feel for his mom. Just saw the video, fuck that makes me sad. I was almost in an accident the other week that would have surely killed me and my friend. I have a rear wheel drive car and we were driving down side country roads going about 100km when all of the sudden the road turned to gravel without warning and my car lost traction. The car started swerving badly but I regained control, with the size of the ditches theres no doubt we would both be dead if I lost full control. It just made us both think of how quickly life could end. The speed limit was 80km and I was going 100 so it wasn't like I was driving over the top fast but just something like unmarked gravel roads popping up and bam, you're gone. Hope you can regain some joy during the Holiday season, best wishes man.

Thanks for all the responses and support. The funeral was today, Probably the hardest thing I've done. Ive only known the man four months, and yet i got the honor of being a pallbearer. I'm very sorry for your loss, OP, and everyone else hurting from their absence. You sound like a good man though, and that you're there for his family, probably a lot of why they made you a pallbearer. I know how hard that is, been there too many times, but keep your head up. The driver is out of the hospital and is making progress, he was at the funeral today in a neck brace and arm sling.
