We need a revolution against the USA Oligarchy

  1.
if it's capitalist it's not communist.. so pick one or the other..

it costs about $400 to start up an LLC in USA, to be sole proprietor you don't need any upfront investment.
you can become a small business plumber, educator, delivery man, etc... if you feel like it when you wake up one morning... completely free of any cost to you.
so  what is this cost of a "business license" with which you can finance several start-ups in China that you mention?

  2. The USA rocks man....I've lived all over..currently in the UK and these guys dont know what freedom is...hell, they are even prosecuting internet trolls here for " hurting someones feelings"...they are scared to death of guns because only the bad guys have them....they absolutely refuse to consider the therapeutic value of weed and consider it as toxic as cocaine...when one Party is elected Prime Minister, that guy gets to do WHATEVER he wants to do in regards to making new laws and taxes...for five fucking years and theres nothing that can be done till the next election...the opposition can just complain...MAN, Americas system is miles above what exists here...so what if nothing gets done, imagine if Jimmy Carter or Ronald Reagan had their totally unchallengable way after they were elected...thats what it is here. The healthcare system here, in Germany, Sweden, Norway, etc..the Socialist States is great..get sick? Go to the hospital, dont even need to take your wallet. No ID, nothing...you get treated...for heart disease, cancer...whatever...no cost....it works and everyone loves it..except for the right wingers who dont like paying taxes to pay for the poors healthcare...just like back in the goid old USA. America rocks except for a few things...better than all the rest by a mile.

  3. Communism at it's core violates basic rights. Like freedom.

Who would want to live iin a classless society where you can't own stuff/

  4. The USA isn't an oligarchy, its a demagogy. The government serves a cluster fuck of cabals and private interest groups who bicker over meaningless bullshit and only agree on the stuff that lines their pockets collectively. And they get away with it because they pander to the lowest common denominator constantly and promote all this sensationalist crap to the masses and they eat it up.

  5. Its an aristocracy that pretends to be democracy in my opinion. Either way it doesnt function as the republic it is supposed to be. As i have said elsewhere, this government is completely illegitimate. It is accountable mainly to the ultra rich and corporate interests.

  6. Hah! Yer right!

the art and practice of gaining power and popularity by arousing the emotions, passions, and prejudices of the people. Also demagoguery.

But you really didn't describe how it works through media and partisan nonsense. The uses of cognitive distortions by politicians play opposite the impassionate misleading of the media. As if the media is bringing "cold, hard facts" and the politicians are whipping the public into doing something about it by voting for them.

    Dog and pony show?

Whatever, some really onerous actions are taken under that premise or scenario that are against the law of the land.

  7. What makes you think you currently own the property and stuff that you have? The simple fact that you bought it? If the court or the government wants your stuff, they will have it. Just because a society is classless does not mean that the property you have is not yours. If anything, it makes it more yours because you actually work to own it and keep it and there isn't anybody around to tell you that it isn't, especially when it's been claimed and you work to keep that claim. You obviously completely misunderstood the communist manifesto and the message it was saying. Communism is nothing but an organized form of anarchy, which is true freedom. You say that it takes away basic rights, like freedom, what makes you think you're free now? Because someone who considers themselves as above you tells you that you are? If anything, communism is freedom, you truly have the freedom to choose. Just saying.. But anyway.. I do agree that the US is one of the greatest countries in the world, but that doesn't mean there's room for much(a lot) improvement. But you can't just bitch about the way things are and not do anything about it. We do still have the ability as citizens to change who currently holds the power, yet we never exercise that right. The president is just a figurehead and a face for the media and really makes no difference. True power lies in congress and the other parties within the government. And you have the ability to change who passes the laws and holds that power. Have you seen how many congressmen run unopposed and are generlly just shitty people? It really is horrible. If the OP feels a difference needs to be made, then he needs to do it the right way instead of bitching and screaming revolution. All that is going to do is put another asshole in power that would only assume total control.

  8. dude ever heard of a peaceful revolution? Shit everyone thinks its got to be a bloodfest when it comes to revolutions

Yes, which is why the lawful and peaceful revolution structured makes the people "the rightful masters of the congress and the courts" (Lincoln 1859)  We take the power from them just as Article V intends by establishing that an Article V convention is ALSO, 3/4 of the states having conventions within them, proposing and ratifying amendments.

    Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

The first of which gives the people the ability to bring the truth, or controversy surrounding it into their control to share and understand, then develop a truly informed opinion.  It ends the abridging of free speech which prevents it from serving the right to alter or abolish.

The following is the state by state process that is used to purify state legislations of unconstitutional officials.

    --------------------

    A) Test officials and candidates for acceptance of the root purpose of free speech being to assure information vital to survival is shared and understood.

[ B)] Test officials and candidates for acceptance of purpose of free speech as prime constitutional intent used to enforce "alter or abolish" as the prime right for the purpose of protecting unalienable rights.

    C) As an official of government, can you accept that EVERY American can understand and accept A)?

    D) Are you aware that in 1911, 2/3 of the states applied for a convention and congress violated the law, their oath and the constitution by failing to convene delegates?

    http://my.firedoglake.com/danielmarks/2013/04/30/congress-needs-to-comply-with-state-demands-for-article-v-constitutional-convention/
Can you accept that such a fact justifies that all delegates be elected in the states by the people of those states?

    E) Can you understand and accept that any state legislator that cannot accept A), can be impeached in this constitutional emergency as being unfit for office?

    F)Can you understand and accept that A) [B)] C) D) & E) are legal process and that IF citizens act with D) as justification, and E) to complete the legal process, they WILL be "the rightful masters of the congress and the courts" BECAUSE their states, as led by the people, then will agree that proper preparation for Article V consists of;

    1) Amend Article V to assure the right to "alter or abolish" is enforceable under law by including preparatory amendment as a requirement.

    2) End the abridging of free speech.

    3) Securing the vote.

    4) Campaign finance reform.

    G) Officials of states and federal government need to accept that such preparation by amendment is completely constitutional and can only enable democratic assertion of the principles of the republic once complete; WHEREUPON all amendment ceases until America can assure it is competent to Article V by testing itself to assure it knows and can define constitutional intent

If this were conducted with very much the same bravado as the Boston Tea Party was in 1873, it will simply work.  There are a small number of quality officials that will break rank to join the people, because they will know they have the peoples protection.  Now they do not.  Those officials will verify the processes proposed as lawful, and very much the exercise of rights in a constitutional emergency.

A wave of Americans across the states will make their own states accountable to the peoples lawful action to enforce the constitution and recreate the republic under it.

  10. There are some people that smoke wayyyyy to much weed on this site.

  11. And the government is getting worse because there had been less and less justice for about 30 years now. The cops know it, so push it at times, people get murdered by them, and there is no accountability.

Recently the 9th circuit courts made what amounts to a secret revision of court rules that only effects pro se civil rights plaintiffs. Essentially depriving over a third of the nation, or anyone that might file a pro se civil suit, of a fair trial. Attorneys do not care, more money in their pockets!

Guess what? No one in the civil rights non profit world gives a shit. People do not realize that pro se plaintiffs will file suits that attorneys will not, no matter how much you pay them. And, some judges will deliver justice.

The secret rule change essentially removed the legal mechanism by where pro se plaintiffs get a new judge when new co plaintiffs join the case.

Without a group of citizens that give a shit, and are willing to do something, tyranny will be breathing down our neck very soon.

  12.
Yeah theres a bit of dishonesty that comes with all the pandering they do. Most of the time even they are unaware of it. Or just dont care.

They use the 2 sided coin of democrat and republican so people will vote for what they believe to be the lesser of two evils all the time. The same lobbyists got their hands in the pockets of both parties. All the things they want to achieve they make republicans and democrats agree on, and all the minor bullshit they tell them to bicker about. Gay marriage and global warming and abortion and whatnot. I could put these debates to rest in a couple minutes with a bit of rational analysis. But they make it seem like they're these unwinnable arguments with no answer when really they're just based in some illogical bullshit to begin with. I dont think the media constantly writes about this shit cause they've been bought out (granted some of them have) they do it cause it sells news and gets people talking.

  13. Batman... the hero america deserves

  14.
And not even a substantially close amount of hefty producers.

    To @well highdrated

There are choices. You can't enforce order onto a chaotic system of 1.3B+ individuals and their purchasing choices. Just as you can't enforce all public representatives of a democracy to follow through with providing a voice for all participants. There are points where the chosen system of a nation state saddles and the people organize accordingly. As long as these remain voluntary, they are not threats to the state and provide services where the state has failed. Post being the obvious example.

Where the state has fumbled, free enterprise usually picks up and carries it along. I'm not completely sure how licensing is obtained for say a recreational grower, but I have a feeling the fees are prohibitive and place the end product under highly stringent regulations. Not to mention the taxation..

  15. Id say the US is a Plutocracy (rule by the wealthy), but yea people need to say enough is enough and take back control, so the rule is by we the people

  16.
    too wordy without anything coherent.
you said that in china you can finance two startups for the price of "business license" in the usa.

i've never heard of such investment opportunity, knowing what i know about "business licenses" and startup costs in the usa. so if you can share that info that would be awesome.

and i do share your feelings about a recreational grower... but you picked a business that borders the definition of "legal" by default. similarly your business would face more scrutiny if you operated a strip club vs a cookie store.

i'm curious what are your feelings on starting up a recreational grow business in china, since this is the comparison you wanted to draw?

  17. that is an interesting analysis you have there

i might get back to you on that after the neighbourhood lemonade stand gets swiss cheesed or a personal visit by obomber

As frustrating as our government is, our government is not our country. The United States is and has been for more than a century demonstrably the most preferred place in the world to live. I should think our immigration statistics would show that.

  19. It's already begun
