so im running the EcoPlus AIR-2 Dual Outlet Air Pump and 2 Hydrofarm AS4RD 4-Inch Active Aqua Round Air Stone  My container is a 16 gallon tub.  Should i get another pump and 2 more bubblers or should this be fine? I just want to make sure my set up is perfect.

  2. DWC? Or a separate res? Pics?

I'm not sure what you call this but its not dwc for sure. Its a 16 gallon bucket letting the roots feed off the res. heres a pic ill have better ones soon but its a bucket like that roots touch the water and feed that way. I've got two bubblers.

  5. Ah oh man i didnt even know this was dwc haha thats cool i thought dwc was where they were all connected and had a huge res that moved the water all through. But anyways how about the amount of bubblers i have? is that enough or the more the marry?

    That would be an,RDWC,

The more, oxygen the better, so long as its not, hurting the roots in any way

  7. Often through my research and personal experience the more air the better. I've found 5lpm of air per gallon of mix to be the most common answer. I have 90lpm split between two ten gallon tubs

  8. Awesome, Thank you.I'll do the math when I get home and see how many lpm I have. Will it say on my bubbler how much it produces or how do I figure it out?

  9. Ok so i was reading and do you guys with this pump could i use a hose splitter and run 4 off one line? possibly 8 total since it how two outputs?  on amazong it says this "Will meet many requirements of pumps with air dividers from four to twenty-two outlets."

Does that mean i could use the hose splitters and run way more air stones then just the two i have?

  10. Usually if it says anything it's in gph but depends on your location. If it's gph you can find out the lpm easily. Yes you could use a splitter to spread the air out more

  11. sorry it took me so long to get home and get a pic of this. I'm using this with two stones. Should i get another one and add two more stones or is this producing enough for like 16 gallons maybe a bit less?

  12. i would say if you can get your hands on a Eco 8 or at least an Eco 4 and add it to the 2. Google search commercial air pumps you can get something that puts out 90 lpm for like 50$. Don't underestimate how much air you need. I did so now I have an Eco 4 a Eco 2 and a 1097gph commercial pump.

Ive found the cheap ones break and air distribution is shitty,(blue sandy granulated bar/block) get a good weighted O2 disk shaped one, around $8 at hydro store, probably alot cheaper online. i dont like many of SunLeaves garden products they are usually shitty even by chinese standards, but the air pumps an stones they distribute are pretty good and cheap, and it's not a SunLeaves product at all really they are just the american distributor for Elemental Soultions products

  18. Blue / Black = UV resistant
