At what age were u left home alone, and for how long

I don't remember ever having not been a latchkey child growing up. 

 

I had began to take care of myself at home alone around 4 years old, mainly because my mom worked 2 jobs. My dad was supposed to watch me but would have rather went to my uncle's house & played madden & did unmentionables. So, I took care of myself quite a bit
