How to avoid increasing tolerance?

    What are some things I can do to not build up high tolerance?
     
    I just started few weeks ago and so far I burn an eighth in a week or week and a half, is that too much?
     
    most of the time I vape one bowl before going to bed and then take a brief break after I run out of bud, but I see some people talk about T breaks and not sure how they work?
     
    Also I'm thinking of getting a new strain every week to avoid building tolerance but not sure if that would help?

    The only way to not build a tolerance is to not smoke enough to build a tolerance. 
     
    I can make an eighth last a month or more, because I just take a hit or two and stop when I feel high. There are times when I've smoked every single day and gone through less than an eighth in a month. 
     
    If you're smoking until you get super high or continuing to smoke when you're already high, you're going to build a tolerance. :confused_2:
     
  4. Take fish oil, repairs the cannabinoid receptors. can't hide from tolerance with consistent use. amount doesnt matter, itll go up regardless. ok maybe not if it's like 1-2 gs a week

    Yeah I don't know about a month, but I can usually make an eighth last a week by myself. That's me smoking a big bong hoot like 2 or 3 times a day.

  9. not sure but i've heard of some people who stop smoking for a little and when they start again they feel hhigher than they have felt when before they took a break (if that makes sense.)

    smoke the same amount every single time you smoke
     
    only smoke enough to get high
     
    don't smoke more until high has completely gone away, or only once a day, or regularly scheduled intervals

  11. Just smoke don't think too much about tolerance. I smoke everyday and half a bowl does the job 12 years later
     
  12. It works for me and I've been using Cannabis for 46+ years, I'm 69.
     
  13. A tolerance break is where you take time off of smoking like don't smoke for a week or two if you feel you are smoking to much. Hell I have done 4 or 5 months just for the hell of it. Have fun.

  14. What kind of vape are you using? On my Silver Surfer I only use like .1 to .3 per session. So you might want to get a more efficient vape so you can smoke more often but use less bud.
