  2. Just sprouted today, I'll keep the updates comin

  3. Did you insulate the inside of the case. Im going to be using mylar on the inside of mine. Ive heard aluminum foil is just as good.

  4. If you are running 3 75w "equivalent" then you need more light. Those are probably only putting out 10-15 true watts each.

  5. Hi lt1minigrower, always great to see more PC growers joining the forum!
Where is your air intake and do you have a picture of the inside of your PC?

  6. Welcome! Glad to see another pc grower! I'm gearing up to start my first pc grow here soon, so I'm excited to see how yours starts out. As others have mentioned I think you'll need a bit more power as the "watt equivalent" isn't what you're after but the true wattage. Let us take a peek at your setup inside the pc, I'm curious to see it as well! Good luck and please keep us updated on how it's coming along!

  7. Sorry I haven't updated in a while, the first sprout died due failure to irrigate and mix up the soil, I got more seeds and germinated three, got a spout today! I'm running a passive exhaust with an active fan, I'll post a picture of the interior, the aluminum insulation is keeping the temp low so I think I'll stick with it, however I do need to figure a way for more lights in such a small box

  8. I was lucky to come across some seeds from this indica dominant strain. The colas were all short and fat so I'm naming it gordo kush hah. Got 3 seeds and all germinated via paper towel method

  9. Here's the inside at the moment. (Super poor man's rig I know, but I got the itch to grow after my first time this summer.

  10. Don't worry about a "poor man" setup, I have my 2 plants under a 6100k 150w equivalent CFL and for 2 weeks old they look better than some in other setups on here I've seen.

Start investing in more lights though, you'll need it soon :)

  11. For sure man, that's good to see. I can't see how I would mount any more lights, being such a small cab, but hopefully I can fit the higher wattage bulbs in the same way

  12. The first sprout seemed to stunt, and hadn't grown at all, however this bad boy, which just showed up as a shoot yesterday, has far surpassed it's solo cup sister,

  13. I should also mention I've been going with a 24-0 lighting schedule until I get a little definition in the sprout(s)

  14. I've been on a 24/0 schedule for 2 weeks :p they're still liking it. Also, Walmart has a 200w equivalent CFL I think it's 6100k, maybe a few of those will fit in your box

  15. Hmmm definitely had it around 3 inches away yet there's signs of heat stress, I moved it further from the light I'll update when I get home.

  16. Doesn't seem to be from the light, then maybe it's because of water issues seeing it's a small "pot" the top layer of soil was dry so I watered it, and put a humidity dome on it

  17. I should mention also that yes, there are quite relatively large drainage holes, so it is being aerated. The primary Leaf development is lookin good,

Okay so I picked up a 26w (actual) 6500k bulb to put with 2 20w 2700k (actual) making the total wattage 66 and the lumens total 3500. However I'm finding these weird brown marks on my cotyledon, but my true leaves are fine

  19. Any ideas. I hope the blue light helps. And I think it's too early to add nutes if I'm wrong someone please help.

  20. My understanding is that seedlings have all the nutrition they need for the first 2 weeks or so. They get it from the cotyledons.
