Hey guys, I'm a resident living in Texas who's lookin to drive up to Colorado to check out the legal weed. I know the limit is a quarter ounce per day for an out-of-state customer, but are you allowed to visit multiple dispensaries and buy a quarter ounce from each one in a single day?
Yes you are, but please don't if you're planning on buying a bunch and bringing it back to Texas with you. The Feds are closely watching Colorado and Washington's legalization, and one of the things that they don't want to see is legal weed from those two states being brought to other states. You hurt the movement and give the opposition more ammo against us by doing that.
In fairness, if he's not a moron, and he takes precaution, and gets it all home safely, he's doing no damage to any cause (other than the Feds). Oh, and I'm not condoning interstate drug trafficking ... just pointing out things as they are.
