Drug test in 11 days

  1. Okay so I know there are for sure other people that have posted about upcoming drug tests but we all have unique situations...

    Okay so as right now I work in construction doing labor work, 6 years ago I applied to the carpenters union and they never called me so I forgot all about them..yesterday I get a letter in the mail saying to go in for orientation which will be followed by a substance abuse screening at a collection site..What do I do? Will a detox work? Or will that come up on the results?
     
  2. You should be fine as long as the first 7 days you get a cardiovascular workout for 30 minutes a fay. Drink at least half a gallon of water per day. Drink cranberry juice. Braggs apple cider vinegar and the last 4 days before the test stop exercising and start downing power aid

Id use a detox you can get at vitamin shoppe or at some smoke shops. you can take them the day of at a certain time before the test and will pass. but beware that it will eventually not be effective anymore and you won't pass another test until you take it again. I wouldn't be worried about that though.

  5. You should be fine. Workout everyday. Drink a gallon of water a day.

    - Eat a high fiber diet (http://www.lycaeum.org/mv/mu/THC_FIBER.html) and take with Metamucil. 
        - Foods that include high amount of fiber: Beans, Brain Cereal, Nuts (Pinon nuts and flaxseed have the highest), Whole Grains, Berries, Nutrition Bars (Fiber One Chews), Peas, Green Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Kale, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts), Fruits (Apples, Pear, Figs, Orange, Peaches, Raisins, Bananas).   7. Maybe I should add that I smoke at least 3 joints a day
