yes I do, tried patenting my own little smoking gizmo, don't think I'll move past the patent pending though. I've kinda shot myself in the foot there. I've posted my gizmo numerous times here though. how about a hint?
Well tbh I've have been searching through patents and so far nothing resembling my idea has been seen, but if I do come across one I'll update the thread and let you all know. I'm just not very good at building things, but the idea just came to me when I was high af. But I'm not willing to give it up just yet... You're not really at will to dictate terms, all you have is an idea it seems like and no ability or equipment.
ehhh I'm just razzin ya a bit. Keep your good ideas to yourself. I've learned that when I started making and marketing my product and saw how many copy cats come out of the woodworks. It's sad. People have no respect for intellectual property, and honestly I can't say I'm much different. I'm just as susceptible to taking ideas and putting my own twist on them as everybody else. edit- as a matter of fact, my invention came from a stoner hack on this forum.

The thing is though Alaric it's an idea that I have come up with to be unique and if it's not I'll be the first one to come forward and admit it has already been done. But I don't mind waiting years to find someone trustworthy enough to give half the idea to. Because to be fair I don't know any of you personally so how do I know that if I tell everybody here then someone isn't going to rip off the idea. I have 2 notebooks full of different percolator designs. No joke. Someday i hope to get a glass torch and have the skills to test every one and make them all a reality, but 99% of the ones that i thought were original i've since seen in pictures. I have an a couple recycler designs that might be amazing, and i'm trying to come up with the most economic design for an oil rig so there's the least oil that condenses as possible, but without the torch and the skills i'll never know what works and what dosn't. And then most of the designs i thought of at first i've seen on rigs or variations of the design. It's annoying when you think something might be original and it isn't. No idea is new, you're never the first to think it, and you're not as special as you think you are. Not trying to be a dick, it's just the truth.

Lmao @ you thinking you would go 50/50 when all you have is some vague idea. Try 20/80 for the manufacturer and you might get interest.
