Just wondering what you guys think about an idea I had. I kinda wanna (finely) sand down the surface of my MFLB and possibly wood burn the sides like the one in the photo. Do you think there's any sort of finish on the wood that I'd be sanding off and damaging the effect of the vaporizer? ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1414786886.027497.jpg

Pretty sure the finish on the mflb is just plain wood, without any varnish etc..  It's not as if you'll break it giving it a sand, so give it a go :)

edit:  I personally wouldn't sand the top, just in case I went to far and affected the seal.

  3. Just make sure you don't sand off those serial numbers.

  4. Yeah what are point of those? Is there a warranty or something? I bought the mflb off a friend

If you sand those off, your warranty will be null and void.

  6. Yeah I cant see any problem with sanding on it other than removing the serial number or ruining the seal on the top of the box. Like lwien said, removing the serial number means no warranty anymore so make sure you leave that alone.

  7. Let us know how you get on

MFLB have possibly the best warranty of any vape out there. Make sure you don't sand off the serial number! Lol..

  9. I am pretty certain that sanding the MFLB will void the warranty anyway....

  10. on their site it says you can't sand off the serial number, but it doesn't say anything about sanding in general.

Will Magic-Flight honor the warranty even if I break the Box through my own stupidity?
Yes we will. We will even warranty units that have been modified for reasons of artistry or improved functionality.

This is copied right off their website, the last part shows that you're good to add the design to your box, it shouldn't effect the warranty at all
