I have been doing it for about five days now and noticed a change of color after first use.  It is way different feeling and taste. I will have to keep it up a while longer to see other benefits.

  2. I've been oil pulling with coconut and flax seed oil for the last 6 months and have had great results. My teeth are whiter, morning breath is diminished, and overall oral health has dramatically improved.

  3. I used to do it but I stopped a couple months ago because I ran out of coconut oil and keep forgetting or being too cheap to buy more, but I really want to get back into it. My month felt cleaner and fresher, breath was better, teeth got whiter and gum health improved.

  4. I did it for about a month every morning and definitely noticed a difference. Fresher breath, whiter teeth and overall better health. Would recommend giving it a go! :)

  5. i do it every morning with sunflower oil. the other thing that really helps bad breath and oral hygine is scraping your tongue after meals and before bed

  6. I've did it for a couple weeks or so. I stopped because I find it to be a hassle, at least if you do it for 15-20 minutes like many people recommend. I did it with EVOO because that was all I had, but it definitely helped get my teeth cleaner and whiter (Coconut oil is supposed to be the best for whitening).

I'm probably going to start it up again very soon.

  7. I tried it for a couple of weeks with coconut oil. I need to get back into it. I didn't notice any differences but didn't really expect to after two weeks.

  8. It works!

  9. I read a few articles a while back saying Extra virgin coconut oil pulling with a healthy diet and lifestyle can reverse tooth decay in about 6-12months.

  10. I am very interested in it, but we haven't tried it before.
