Hey guys So I have about 30CF of soil cooking outside in a bunch of heavy duty bags. Went out yesterday to find what appears to be spider webs. It is the cold/wet season in Washington. Anyone on if this is good or bad?
Or fungal mycelium... It's a sign of a healthy living soil. I wouldn't worry unless you begin to see greens and blacks. If you're in the PNW, it might be a good idea for you to dump those bags and aerate them a bit to ensure that there's plenty of oxygen in the soil. Once during your cycling period should suffice. Are you adding water periodically? You really don't need to do that.
