Stress, what to do about ....

  1. have alot off stress at work n with my self n poeple around me + i am a perfectionist (very bad compination) hehe
    Really not healthy, anyideas of poeple who think the same?

     
  2. lol. Read back over your original post and count all the spelling, grammar and punctuation errors, then re-evaluate your entire belief system.

  4. He might be a perfectionist in other areas, like with his work, appearance etc. Don't put him down and blow off his thread purely because of his grammar man.

    On topic: I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately myself, due to work, school and other personal things. What seems to help (this is easier said than done) is to not overthink things. As long as you got control over the things you NEED to have control over, there is no reason to overdo it.

    It might also help to just take a moment by yourself before bed, and just think about the things that make you stressed and evaluate wether they need your concern at the moment or not. :)

  6. What Spooderman said. Do not over think. I used to do it all the time. Not anymore. And I still stress a lot, but nowhere near as much. Just sit back at the end of each day, smoke a bowl, and clear your mind. In the morning, smoke a bowl, and focus on the sfuff you need to get done. Then repeat everyday. You'll get done what you needa get done, then relax after its all been done.
