  1. good stuff...

you know "those" people that talk about dangers of marijuana and are so oblivious to the substance that's been proven time and time again to cause heart disease, obesity, cancer (and linked with most other diseases you can imagine).. but yeah take 3 packets of sugar with that coffee, you don't have a problem...

I watched this lastnight.  It was a disaster imo, kept switching between sugar and HFCS.  Could barely follow what he was getting at.  Bunch of bs imo.

  3.
    really?
i think the point was pretty simple: the government wants companies to label "added sugar" on the packages, which is a great thing, imo.

and the companies are fighting back, because they don't want to admit 1.how dangerous sugar is in reality 2. how much they add to every day "foods" like crackers, soups and fucking clamato juice!

  4. sugar is a drug. simple as that.  a very addictive and very destructive drug.  and very profitable.

  5. Sugar should be moved up to a Schedule 1 drug, right above marijuana.

very interesting video man, thanks for sharing!

  6.
i'd say sugar and marijuana should switch places as far as scheduling of drugs goes :)

interesting that you bring up this topic:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Schedule_I_drugs_(US)
The following findings are required for drugs to be placed in this schedule:[2]
    1. The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.\t
    2. The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.\t
    3. There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.

Sugar seems to meet all of the criteria. While MJ clearly fails #2...

    oh what fun

  7. I remember reading an article where a family cut out sugar from their household and within a year some lost weight. Some gained weight, and one had his asthma cease to exist and they said how they felt great emotionally, physically, and mentally.

so has anyone here been through the sugar addiction and fought through it and won?

I'll try and find that article.
