Maryland Drug Testing for alcohol classes

    I am currently on unsupervised probation in maryland for a dui. Yes I Know drinking and driving is bad. I have been ordered to take a 12 hour alcohol education class.  I was piss tested at my intake.  I have been going for two weeks no drug test.  Will i be drug tested in alcohol education class?

    Not unless your charge had to do with drugs of any kind....but probation officers can wake up and feel like piss testing you if they want.

    No idea but I do know from looking at the urinalysis form that there is a box that is selected if you are having a probation piss test.
