I'm doing one hydro and one soil to test both out and I keep getting this Deficiency since beginning growth, it can't be nute burn cause I put just a lil more than 1/4 strength since the start and I keep getting this same problem. That one plant don't have that many leaves I had to keep cutting them off cause they look like they were completely burned off Or......is it because I'm not giving the plants enough nutes ? I just wanna stop this problem
Too me the first two look like they need cal-mag... the second two look like burn. Someone else will verify Im sure.
I feel ya man I put cal-mag also and it didn't show any better signs besides my main stem getting stronger and greener I just wanna kno what that is
Well the top growth on the second looks fine, thats a sign you might have beat it. Ive heard LED's force you too use more cal-mag than normal check out Hypes 900k watt LED grow its in there somewhere.
I dont think its nute burn consodering is only on like 2 leaves. Could be a small ph problem The soil one looks fine to me, the hydro I'm not sure cause the damage looks a little higher up in the plant

No, if the leaf is dying the plant is pulling energy from it. If its almost all dead, what I like to do is push the leaf stem to the side and if it breaks then it was ready to come off, if it bends then leave it for a couple days and try again. If its completely yellow and dying you can just cut it off and not worry about it.
Yea I pushed 2 and they both came off I didn't want to take em off cause I thought it affects the bud or whatever but my leaves never get yellow it's just start turning brown at the tips then the whole leaf gets brown Sent from my HTCONE using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I have a plant that was started in hydro and I switched to soil so I had a bad PH problem for a little bit and the leaves did the same thing but way worse, all of them did that. I didnt think it was gonna survive, but it seems to be recovering now. I think they will be fine
It kind of looks like ph burn and or cal/mag deficiencies?
