Old Bud

    A friend of mine has a half of mid-grade bud that he is willing to sell me for $20, but it has been in his dresser drawer for about a year. My question is, will this bud still have its effectively or does bud have an expiration date so to speak? Thank you!

    If stored properly, bud can last up to a few years while losing little potency.

    Yes if stored properly.... Ie: vacuum sealed in a freezer not in homeboy dresser

    Think about it, why would you sell a half for 20 bucks other than its fucken garbage that's been stuck in ur dresser for years

    It's gonna be very dry and hardly any THC in it. I would only pay $5 for an ounce of it.

    Or swoop it up on a long shot that you can cook it into oil/butter/tincture and pray that it comes out potent!

    Depends on the situation. When I lived in a state where weed was "seasonal", I'd have snapped up a deal like that in a second. But now that I live in a legal state, I wouldn't waste the $20 for what will surely just be a placebo after a year in dude's dresser.

    Ask to smoke a bowl first. If it gets you high, buy it. If it doesn't, don't buy it.

    Take it. Make some iso with it. Smoking it plain will be hardly worth it. If it's 20 bucks it's obviously garbage
