If I recall they have some cobs that are around 100 lumens per watt, they lights you mentioned sounds like they would be maybe alright for veg but not much else. Maybe post up a link! Sent from my Spaceship using the GrassCity App.
I have 2 of those but I only use them for side lighting/added spectrum. You would be better off getting a higher watt led or using CFLs I really like the Cree LEDs, you should look into those if you want to run LEDs
