Several hours later, Ottawa Police and RCMP officers were still searching Parliament Hill and officials declined to say whether the gunman acted alone.

Federal sources have identified the suspected shooter as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, a man in his early 30s who was known to Canadian authorities.

Sources told The Globe and Mail that he was recently designated a “high-risk traveller” by the Canadian government and that his passport had been seized – the same circumstances surrounding the case of Martin Rouleau-Couture, the Quebecker who was shot Monday after running down two Canadian Forces soldiers with his car."

Today our nation lost a son.

    Rest In Peace Nathan Cirillo.

Thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

    Thank you, Nathan.

Everyone who said muslim extremist come forward and collect your prize!

  3. Sad and predictable.  So I was thinking (a rare and scary thing) Muslims in the West are feeling too comfortable and protected.  Maybe they need to start worrying when they read of yet another Muslim killing random innocents.  Keep poking the bear and sooner or later there's going to be a mauling.

Are you saying that the Muslims of Canada are responsible for what this guy did ?

Are the people of the US responsible for Obama drone bombing innocent civilians in the Middle East ?

Sent from the back of a jihadist donkey...

  5. Harper's wet dream sprayed all over the international news.

He will be "addressing the nation" shortly and I'll be wearing my hazmat suit and reaching for a barf bag.

  6. Second day in a row a Canadian Muslim commits an act of terror.

Why do they live off Canadian social services yet go out and pull this sort of shit? All this does is increase the hatred of Muslims in the West.

You mean this just gives Harper another reason to be anti-Islam, pro Israel?

Sorry but, the actions of the Muslim community in Canada speak for themselves. No one else is doing this shit.

Muslims are the only ones to blame for creating such a negative connotation of them in the West.

  8.
"... the actions of Muslim community in Canada."

    That's what this was?

Sounds like your wet dream too ...

This is certainly not the first time a terrorist attack has happened in Canada.

Why is it that the Muslim community, which numbers less than Christians in Canada, are responsible for the majority of the most recent foiled and committed terror attacks within Canada?

I wonder what Mosque this coward attended.
Would ukd not be surprised to hear the Imams are spreading Islamic bullshit from within.

  10. Actually most Canadian Imams work against radicalization, and the Muslim community in Canada has even collaborated with the government and other entities to create a guide for recognizing and dealing with extremism in the community.

Radical Islam is a problem, but it's one that the majority of the Islamic community in Canada is working against, not supporting.

  11.
That's not the narrative Dilla's working on.

    Right...

Philippines to deport Canadian imam accused of terror links

    Toronto's million-dollar ‘radical mosque

Tories criticize Trudeau for visiting mosque whose imam supports stoning

Obviously the majority of Canadian Muslims are not a threat. It's the fact that Islamic extremism is growing within Canada.

  13. See if we were killed them abroad they wouldn't be able to inspire these assholes to action.

    Its kind funny

Only Muslim attacks seem to be reported on.

Here in Vegas we had a shooting where two cops and some store clerks were shot, didn't make national news, but a Muslim football player prays and suddnely everyone cares

Or when a Muslim extremist in the UK chops some dudes head off he gets more aair time than the many cerial killers right here at home.

  15. That made no sense

    -yuri

  16.

How can you compare a store robbery with an armed Islamic fundamentalist going up to parliament hill with the sole intent of killing
as many people before he is shot?

  17. So there's a couple radical Imams and how many non radical ones?

It's not like Judaism is without it's extremist elements as well, would you like the religion as a whole to be judged by them?

  18. it wasn't a store robbery

Tue suspects executed two cops by shooting them in the head, then shot the wallmart cclerk, then left and said "the revolution has begun"

this was way worse than the beheading of that soldier in the UK.

  19. What about radical Christians who commit crimes, you don't hear those going viral do you?

Soon all Muslims will wear a brown triangle.
