It doesn't list some important factors such as how much air (CFM) those fans move, or the total # of watts that the "full spectrum" CFL setup is running at. I also say you build it yourself. For that kind of money you will build something much more to your specific requirements, higher quality. I don't think I've put half that much into my grow box. My experience was as follows; read ALOT of builds and grows in the Do It Yourself, Indoor Grow Room, and Micro-Grow forums to see how others do it. I took note of the things I kept seeing everyone repeating, intake at bottom, exhaust at top, light socket setups for CFLs, etc etc. From there I just made a shopping list of what I would need. Added to it, took stuff off, repeat repeat. Finally got my grow box finished. HATED IT, rebuilt it to address the things that were bugging me and now its perfect. Just saving up to upgrade my lighting and exhaust/carbon filter for smell. Good luck whichever route you decide to go!
It depends on the size or type of plant you'll grow. May be Secret Jardin is better than your one if you like to stick with that one. But many growers planting in indoor with proper grow medium, grow lights, nutrients and meters with out any big box. Many are growing plants with Rockwool only in starting.
