This is over or under watering. How long do you wait between waters? You should be able to stick your finger down and inch and it be dry before you need to water again. Also when you water make sure you're putting enough so that you get about 10% runoff (water collected in the tray that comes out from the holes in the bottom of the pot) This will be a very easy fix and other than that your plants looks healthy. Keep up the good work man let us know how they're doing. If it's underwatering, they'll sprout back up within an hour from watering. My guess is over watering though.
sorry guys been really busy. Watering every 5-6 days and general organics. They are starting to look better.I think i was a little of over watering. Thanks for the help
