Suggestions for frozen shoulder pain

    Can anyone suggest a good strain for the above pain preferably one that helps with sleep

    Honestly, I'd probably use a lotion or a patch to help control the shoulder pain, then use an indica to help me sleep. If it's that bad, it might not respond well enough to just smoking. But a solid GDP or anything Lavender, if you're really sold on a strain. :)   Especially the Lavender.
