Hey everyone, I think I was sold a fake Roor bong because when I tried adding diffusion marbles the bottom broke and I know Roor takes pride in their thick glass. I got it for $90 from a store in Fredericksburg, VA and I was wondering if y'all think I could get it replaced for dishonest sales or at least sue for fraud.
nope, anyone and everyone should know you dont get RooRs for 90s dollars. you bought that knowing in the back of your mind it was fake and thats the result. you cant sue since no one cares if glass companies get copied by Chinese knock offs. you dont have the legal resources to sue a Chinese company and the shop you bought it from could feign ignorance and get away with it, if any judge even cared enough to listen to case without throwing it out as a pissed off stoner suing the shop he bought and then broke glass from.
