i would buy the car in my name... tax, title, fees. and when he reimburses you in full car,tax,title,fee sign the title over to him.. ofcourse he is going to have to pay tax title and fees again but thats the cost of having a good friend buy you a fucking car i guess.. either way that amount wouldnt be much!
