Speaking from experience of someone who was in high school a few years ago, it was 100x easier for me to get Marijuana, drugs, basically anything under the sun then it was for me to find someone to buy me alcohol. Am i the only one that thinks legalization and regulation will actually make it harder for minors to get it?
Everyone knows this..it's an unfounded talking point just like "weed is a gateway drug" or "weed make will make you lazy". The gateway drug talking point can easily be defended with the same argument in your original post. If marijuana was legal and sold in dispensaries, there would be no drug dealer trying to push hard drugs on you. The gateway isn't marijuana, it's the black market drug dealers. Not all of them, but there is certainly a percentage of them that try to get their customers to buy more than weed.
Because there are actually idiots out there who believe that drug dealers I.D. kids. stupid parents, they don't care about protecting their kids at all.
Every anti legalization argument is absolutely retarded trust me there's not one that makes sense. Reason being is that there is no good reasons left.
