so im thinking i could invent some sort of tabacco concentrate. like for chain smokers who dont have time to keep puffing like a one hit gets you there type of thing.
All u need to do is boil water throw tobacco in boil it down to a Sludge you need to wear gloves if it touch's you its so concentrated it can make you sick.. If enough is ingested it can kill you Or buy a vaporizer for E-liquid
