Bell pepper sores

  1. My bell peppers are coming in with thin places on them that look like sores. What's going on, and how do I fix it?

  2. After a quick image search, that looks like Sunscald.

I'd recommend feeding your plants with a kelp tea to help them through the hotter days, also you can give them some shade during the peak heat of the day to help combat this, too.

Kelp will have nutrients and secondary compounds that help a plant resist extreme temperatures and heat.
Add 1/4 cup kelp meal to 5 gallons water, bubble/let sit for 24 hours, no need to strain or dilute. Water your plants with solution.

  3. Thank you
