My dumbass dealer got robbed last night

  1. Okay, so it wasn't as much of a robbery as it was he was a victim of his own stupidity. Usually you read posts on here of naïve people fronting money, but this was the other way around.

So my main hookup tells me and my friend that if we find him business, he'll give us a cut of what he makes, or some free bud. So later that night, we find him someone who wants to buy an ounce off of him. Technically, we don't know the guy. It was a friend of someone else that we buy from, the friend of mine that was setting up the deal talked to the new guy on the phone and said he sounded legit enough, blah blah blah. So my main hookup is sitting in his truck in a gas station parking lot, he said a kid came up to him and said that the person who wants the ounce was a *****head and was really sketchy about new people, (first mistake, as a dealer HE should be the one sketchy about new people not the other way around, especially when selling an O the first time) so he wanted my guy to hand over the O so the *****head could inspect it, and if he thought it was legit, the middle kid would bring back the $300 (hey, we live on the east coast that's a good price for an ounce of dank around here.) At first my guy said no, but after arguing for a little bit he caved because he needed the money. So he hands this kid the ounce expecting him to be back in five minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES later he calls my friend while we're chilling in his room, and just says "Yeah, I got robbed". He was still waiting in the parking lot of the gas station while we were talking to him, we called the guy who knew the person who wanted it and of course he said he knew nothing about it. Then he texts us saying the kid had him waiting 20 more minutes, and after he called him like 7 times the kid turned his phone off. I think he was a little pissed at my friend for sending him to someone who ended up jipping him, but at the same time we had no idea who this guy was, and we DEFINITELY didn't expect our guy to just HAND HIM an ounce! He said he didn't do the whole fronting thing, but that's basically what happened here and it fucked him over. That being said, I can't help but feel that there was a conspiracy going on and that the other hookup was behind it, since he knew the guy he probably got a cut of what he stole. Anyways, moral of the story is don't front weed.

  2. I just can't get over the fact that ANY dealer would sell an oz to a first time custy even if theyre vouched for.

  3. Never front nothing. Friends of friends will get you for your ends.

  4. Welp. That was stupid.

JESUS GOT SHOT IN THE FACE

  5. why? that's not a big deal

  6.
On several occasions I hit my dude up saying "hey man my boys guy is dry can i come through with em for a oz"

  7. Because selling an oz is a guaranteed felony so its stupid to do that with someone you don't know. Even if they're vouched for by one person that don't mean shit. There's a reason the dealers that would do something don't last long whether it be getting arrested, robbed and can't re or just quitting. It's just part of being street smart

  8. Yeah I heard they only bust dealers who sell ounces....

  9. you must live in some shitty part of the states, man. it's pretty hard for much trouble to be caused for just an ounce where i live.

  10.
so not true. It is just economically better all around to buy Oz.'s at a good wholesale price as a custy.

  11. Lol is that sarcasm? you obviously know nothing. Dealers who flip ozs are their favorite fish to fry because they are usually picking up hp-lb(s) so getting them to flop over is easy way to get to the next guy.

  12. The guy should have just given the new kid a random nug from the bag. And usuley when your despert in a situation you will not be carefu and you end up fucking up....not just for weed but any other situation in life.

I hope your dealer doesn't hold you responsible considering you made theintroductions
    Maybe next time go along.

  13. Yes it was sarcasm, I was mocking the guy who said selling an oz is a guaranteed felony as if selling half an oz wouldn't be.

  14. No, having an ounce is a felony. Selling or not.

If the cops couldn't get proof of sale, they'll still bust the dealer and try and make him snitch the supplier.

  15. Depending on where you're at, having an ounce isn't always a felony.

Find a new dealer dude. Yours is a moron.

  16. Should let him inspect just one nug not the whole sack
Sucks for the dude though. Ya live and ya learn.

  17. Well OP , atleast nobody got arrested....look at the bright side ,

buttttt , you should cut off that scrub that jipped you, both him and his friend. No threats, no action needed...just cut the mofo out and leave it at that.

  18. Wish there were dealers like that around me.

    Live and learn.

  19. Bummer.  That is the risk you take when you meet with unknown people.

    Cost of doing risky business.

  20. He shouldn't of fronted and as a dealer, that is his fault. All he had to do was decline giving it to him and drive off.
