Overwatered jack widow skunk problem

    I been growing this plant under 5000k 69 watts for 24days I just recently bought 6500k 69 watts need to add another fixture(I think the 5000ks make the stem hard) I overwatered my plant 2 days ago and it's been droopy I've only been watering it a little are they gonna be fine or is their something I should do image.jpg image.jpg

    Let it dry out and stop watering so often
