in my case its hard to say. with the dozen of time ive played postal red alert jedi academy psi ops and hitman blood moeny. but funny enough im pretty the one i played most time was blip blop *played as in finished

Mine would have to be either Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past or Chrono Trigger. Both are so good I usually end up playing them once a year.
Easily World of Warcraft, back when the original released in 2004 I played every single day for probably 10-12 hours for a year straight, which is around 3650 hours. All total I say I've easily put 5000 hours into this game. Next runner up is Diablo 2, when it first came out I did pretty much the same thing playing non stop every night. Probably a couple thousand hours logged. Kerbal Space program I currently have 740 something hours logged. Skyrim 334 hours
The first COD Black Ops. I had around 55 days played by the time mw3 came out a year later and about 10,000 tomahawk kills.
The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion for sure. Played that for so many hours. One of the few games I got every challenge and achievement for.
Unreal Tournament 99, 5-6 years straight (when clans were awesome and taken seriously), Counter Strike Source, then Lord of the Rings Online. All around the same time period.....Ill still pop into these games to see if i still got it.
Starcraft: golem (user map setting). Played for about 10 years, I was near unbeatable in the latter years of golem. I crushed the 'gods of golem' clan, they tried recruiting me but since I beat em all... My name was Uabichandaho if anyone played golem you might remember me.
Impressive career. Between Halo 2, Halo 3 and Reach I've easily got over 150 days of playtime. Halo Reach alone netted me about 90,000 matchmaking kills.
Yeah, my best k/d was in Reach. I think I'm like 130,000 kills/80,000 deaths & max rank with around 14mil cR to spare
