  5. lul the left is the after picture but i actually think the right hand picture looks a little better. idk not much a difference though. but keep working on it bruh.

  12. What workouts have you been doing?  
     
  13. Mon i do chest and tris and hiit cardio after, tuesday i do biceps and delts, wednesday i do whole of back with hiit, thurs i sometimes do abs or rest and fri i do legs and hiit

  14. Why not do full body workout 3 times a week and cardio on off days? All that splits are for advanced level and you too far from that. You'll see your body change from 3 months-1 yr depending on how consistent you workout.

  15. full body strength training is where it's at. Even 2 a week would be good with 3 days of running. 
     
    OP, with the 5 days of exercise, it is important to stretch and move around a little on your off days to aid in recovery. 
    Also, diet makes a big difference, so do some reading. Good Luck! :)
     
  16. Looks pretty similar to me. I agree with the guy's saying do a full body workout.
    Compound moves like squats, deadlifts, power cleans, bench etc.
