Talk about The universe

  1. Read this if youre blazed, you will trip the fuck out

if ya think about it, right now we don't completely know for sure if theres other life out there in existence. our current telescopic technology can only see a tiny tiny fraction of the entire universe, and no life is really proven to be found. With all that unexplored and unseen world, there just has to be other life out there existing on another planet the same as us. right now there are other organisms or beings living their own lives, and we dont know of each other. there are completely unique unseen things out there. Earth came to be by chance within our milky way galaxy. there are millions of galaxies in this universe. its simply not possible for all of those galaxies (which have existed indefinitely in time) to not have planet(s) with life.

And i had a thought cannabis is simply unique to our planet earth, no other planet has this exact plant. This is only for the ppl who like talking about space and other life

  2. im sure they are token on something else! maybe they have another unknown plant to us

  3. Yeah I've always thought the same thing tooo. It just makes sense to have more existence somewhere else especially since we lack the ablilty to explore deep into the universe, there's a lot we don't know. But I personally sorta think that cannabis is universal. That it connects us to the sense to believe that other things somewhere else in space people/organisms exist. It's something everyone gets to enjoy :)

  4. im not hijacking the thread but here a question: do you think that alien intelligent life  is humanoid or not? why

  5. Another mind fuck is not where the aliens are but when they are. There may have been super advanced aliens flying around the cosmos 500 million years ago, or 3 billion years ago. Or a billion years from now.

If an alien planet 65 million light years away was looking at us through a telescope they would see dinosaurs.

  6. heres a can of worms

    are ufos real?

when the speed of light is reached an object will turn into energy. the poster above pointed out that the light we see from stars is very old. so if you hd reached the speed of light you would still be eons old and if you were just under youd be decomposed. therefore its impossible if you follow the laws of physics.

hmmm, its interesting to think about the Babylonian and Egyptians highly advanced civilizations. ive heard it attributed to extraterrestrial life a lot

weird, several replies to this disappeared. Humans having a destructive nature, i doubt we'd be around long enough to see further into the universe. everyone needs to chill out and take a toke together or else earth will be blown the fuck up by nukes

I just love getting high and looking at the blue sky(bars?) and thinking high thoughts about this. The unknown, can be anything. what we know is normal, what we don't know is abnormal. but really if we are the only ones in the universe (doubt it) it puts a whole perspective to why are we here, why are we the only ones here, why why why?????

What if theres more to life than just this universe? We don't know, there could be other universes trillions of light years away.

for what you do not know, there are possibilities

  8. In the interest of discovering the origins of life on Earth, experiments were conducted in which living microorganisms were exposed to the frozen vacuum of space for long periods of time. Once brought back to Earth, many specimens came back to life after being thawed. One common theory about how we got here is that living organisms traveled through space via meteors, landed on Earth, and began the evolutionary process. There is most definitely life somewhere else. With the vast size of the universe and all of the large objects within it, radio signals are a shitty way of scouting for homies in space, but it's all we've got.

  9. If you want a really trippy thought, think about the universe horizon. That shit always gives me stoned goosebumps.

Of course. It's a really simple concept. It is well known that the universe is expanding and is about 14 billion years old. Light that is more than 14 billion light years away has not had enough time to reach us yet. Make sense? Where I start to trip out is when I consider the possibility of two universes expanding towards each other.

  12. Ponder this: inside every black hole theres possibly another universe with another 10^12 black holes with there own mini universe.. And so on a so forth.. Would this number just go up infinitely?

  13.
Like in the movie, "Contact" -

Young Ellie Arroway - "Dad, do you think there's people on other planets?"
Ted Arroway: "I don't know, Sparks. But I guess I'd say if it is just us... seems like an awful waste of space."

A grown astrophysicist, Ellie Arroway: [to a group of children] "I'll tell you one thing about the universe, though. The universe is a pretty big place. It's bigger than anything anyone has ever dreamed of before. So if it's just us... seems like an awful waste of space. Right?"

  14. yeah, its really a high possibility. maybe after you die youre reborn in another galaxy with totally unique unseen organisms , & with no memory of this life. big o_O

This "theory" doesn't appear to be plausible. The scientific theory of Hawking radiation argues against it. To sum it up black holes don't last forever. Black holes are not gateways to other universes or wormholes to the past (they can take you to the future). Black holes are just extremely heavy objects that have a singularity at their core. They eat everything up until nothing's left. Then they slowly lose mass by emitting particles.

  16. Black holes are trippy too to me if i think about a huge blob hundreds of miles big just destroying everything ( or taking it to the universal recycle bin???) lol

  17. I find that hard to believe because of the many miracles we have here on Earth.

  18. How do you know that the Universe is 14 billion years old? And space is infinite. There is no horizon.

  19. the universe has my penis inside it

As for the universe's horizon, don't take my word for it. Neil DeGrass Tyson, an accomplished and very respected astrophysicist talks about it in the last episode of his show Cosmos: A Space Time Odyssey. It's on Netflix.
