Using a SCROG & 2 monster cropped clones, we are seeing some really pretty colors, thick dense and luscious buds. It's kinda weird how growing organically is sometimes condoned on as bud not worth the premium. The only way I'd be interested in growing hydroponically is if I were trying to accomplish a "cash crop" and I wanted quantity over quality.
The way I see it is there's a Vegas cigar, then there's a Cuban cigar in Vegas, lol. Pardon my grey poupon, but I've learned if you use the right ingredients, you get a tasty, better, , and sometimes a sizable difference :D

Next plan on my agenda a larger flowering LED, probably a 5 or 7 Watt, 300+ diode. Currently I'm using KIND light designed engineered and built in California, U.S.A :D

    Peace!!

You got photos? What kind of LED, what's the name, where was it designed engineered and built?

I might be interested, depends on if it's my time of quality dude. I use a full spectrum LED. Peace

Colorado "Soil" grower...  Sand based soil:  Scentless Cattle manure, peat, top soil; all mixed together...  dropped into a 5 gallon bucket with 3" of coarse rock in the bottom.   You can pick it all up at Lowes...

I do it on the cheap...  I get fantastic results.  I am writing a book on Urban Colorado Growing.

  11. I hope you get a better understanding of disease and pest control before penning a book advising others how to grow. Your plants are covered with spider mites.

  14. Let's get this thread turning again!

I am a synthetic (GH) gardener who didn't know any better until recently, thanks to the folks over at the No Till threads. Still finishing out the last of my bottles, but have started a few no-till pots outside and for a couple aloe plants near a window.

I have several worm bins going which I started from one $22/500 worm purchase. I also bought some worm cocoons (African Night Crawlers) from Rocky Mountain Worm Company and those buggers are still hatching!

I can't wait to go full organic! Share your story or share something pure Colorado!
