How do you treat transplanting shock?

  1. the topic says it all, I surfed google, youtube and other forums and grow sites without luck.

Only found how to transplant or how to avoid, but no 'how to treat'

  2. I recently discovered b1 vitamins for transplanting and they've been a godsend.

I use it for up to 3 waterings of a new plant..I've gone through a lot of clones recently (due to my new grow setup) and b1 has kept the latest ones healthy.

Get some b-1 vitamins and feed them to your shocked plants during their next watering. I'd put money that they'll perk back up.

  3. Thanks, I hope I find it where I live at.

what about light? should I put it under a weaker light so it would recover?

  4. It seems to be that transplant stress is predominantly caused by the sheer amount of new light hitting the plant.

I usually dim my light to around 50% when I add new plants to the mix for a few days. If you can, then I think letting them recover in lower light conditions would be beneficial. Also you can get b1 vitamins at most gardening stores

    Good luck my friend.
